The event was targeting around 70 employees.

Project description

Decathlon main strategy in 2015 is the development of the Human Development pillar.
During the event participants received messages and realized the importance of the human factor and practical ways of developing and motivating Decathlon regional teams.
Decathlon Sea race was a two day team building focused on capturing the idea of “navigation” toward a common goal. Participants were divided into teams, each becoming a crew on a yacht. The teams went through a training session, followed by a competition on the sea called regatta.
